Returns Policy  

At Paintedbird.shop, we are committed to providing exceptional designs and superior quality products. We understand that sometimes an item might not meet your expectations, so we offer a 30-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery. Please review the following guidelines for returns, refunds, and replacements:  

1. Guaranteed Quality
- All our products are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to meet the highest standards.  
- If you encounter any quality issues, contact us at support@paintedbird.shop within 30 days of delivery for assistance with a refund or replacement.  
- For damaged or defective items, you will not need to return the product. Simply provide clear photos or videos of the issue and a detailed description.  

2. Easy Returns for Non-Quality Issues
If you wish to return an item for a reason unrelated to quality (e.g., change of mind):  
1. Contact us at support@paintedbird.shop within 30 days of delivery to obtain the return address.  
2. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer, along with the provision of the shipping label to our customer service team.  
3. Once we receive your item, a refund will be processed, minus a 30% crafting fee for personalized products. You will receive 70% of the product's value. 

3. Return Shipping Costs  
- Quality Issues: Customers retain their product and are not required to ship it back. We will cover refunds or replacements.  
- Non-Quality Issues: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.  

4. Processing Refunds or Replacements
- Refunds are processed once the returned item is scanned at our warehouse (where applicable).  
- Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing after the return is received.  
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.  


Key Notes on Refunds:  
1. Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used during purchase.  
2. For non-quality returns, shipping fees are not reimbursed.   
3. Ensure all refund or replacement requests are made within 30 days of delivery.
