- All our products are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to meet the highest standards. Â
- If you encounter any quality issues, contact us at support@paintedbird.shop within 30 days of delivery for assistance with a refund or replacement. Â
- For damaged or defective items, you will not need to return the product. Simply provide clear photos or videos of the issue and a detailed description. Â
2. Easy Returns for Non-Quality Issues
If you wish to return an item for a reason unrelated to quality (e.g., change of mind): Â
1. Contact us at support@paintedbird.shop within 30 days of delivery to obtain the return address. Â
2. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer, along with the provision of the shipping label to our customer service team. Â
3. Once we receive your item, a refund will be processed, minus a 30% crafting fee for personalized products. You will receive 70% of the product's value.Â

- Quality Issues: Customers retain their product and are not required to ship it back. We will cover refunds or replacements. Â
- Non-Quality Issues: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Â
4. Processing Refunds or Replacements
- Refunds are processed once the returned item is scanned at our warehouse (where applicable). Â
- Processing Time: Please allow 14 - 21 Days for processing after the return is received. Â
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Â
